Shopping skate online should feel as honest as asking the person behind a real shop counter. Here is how we handle deck width choices, shoe sizes, and hardware picks from our York trade unit so you know what happens after you click checkout.
Options

No silent swaps
If something is out, we message — we do not sub a different hanger or diameter without you.
Payment
You submit a request first; we confirm totals, then share payment — no card fields on this site.

Add completes, decks, shoes, or rolling gear to your basket with any required width or size choice selected. Prices update when you choose deck width, truck hanger, wheel diameter, or bolt length where those options apply — what you see is the line we pack.
We pick and pack from Tockwith with padding around decks and wheels so courier drops are less likely to chip nose and tail. Hardware ships taped to inner flaps where needed so small bags do not disappear in packing fill.
After you submit the order request you will see confirmation on site; reply to our email if you need to merge two orders or change a width before dispatch.
If an option is out of stock we contact you with a swap or refund — we do not silently substitute truck hangers or wheel sizes without consent.
- Double-check deck width against your current trucks before ordering blanks.
- Shoe sizes are UK-labelled — half sizes listed are available while stock lasts.
- Wax and small parts may ship in an outer jiffy to keep postage economical.

Some builds save money with a two-minute conversation — we welcome it.
Jumping up a deck width
If you ride 8.0″ today but want 8.5″, ask whether your current trucks cover the axle width or if a hanger change is cheaper than a full new pair.
Footwear between half sizes
Cupsole shapes vary by brand; tell us your usual trainer size and we will suggest whether to go up or down in our current suede model.
School or club bulk buys
For small group orders we can line up matching completes with consistent wheel colours — email before paying separately.
Damaged delivery
Photograph the outer box and deck edges on arrival — we use those images to argue with couriers and replace fast.
